The staff, notably the receptionist, stood out for their exceptional friendliness and assistance, even amidst a double shift. The room offered a pleasant view and was adequately clean, albeit minor maintenance oversights on the balcony. The prompt response to requests, such as extra pillows, was commendable. The on-site cafe surprised me with its unexpectedly delightful cuisine. The location was ideal, with convenient dining options nearby. However, the outdoor area allowed smoking, which might be a drawback for some guests. Despite these aspects, the hotel presented a balanced mix of cultural charm and contemporary comforts, making it a worthwhile stay.
